We also know that you will be less hesitant to "give it another try" if you feel you have not wasted your money the first time around. So we are proud to offer you a 100% Money Back Guarantee for all first time families. If after the first session you are not entirely happy with our program, we will happily refund 100% of your money back for that session.
Your child will love getting the stars, certificates, and recognition, while you see how the program not only teaches gymnastics, but also increases self-confidence and self-esteem, giving valuable goal setting skills.
All Kindergarten Gym and School Age Gymnastics students will receive a poster to take home and put on their wall. The poster contains skills that are appropriate for the child's ability level, and match a curriculum card that the instructors have on each child. There are separate curriculum levels for children enrolled in Kindergym (3yrs-6yrs)and Progressive Boys / Girls ( School Age gymnastics 6yrs. and Up).
Your child needs to know what the skill is and be able to demonstrate the skill 3 times in order to be checked off. The following week they will receive stars to put on their posters for all the skills they have mastered. Each child is challenged and progresses at their own pace. The "Shoot for the Stars" program let's you know what we are teaching your children and how they are progressing. Each level they finish, your child will receive a certificate, medal (school age) or ribbon (kindergym) and a large star with their name on it to be put on our STAR of Fame wall !!!

Brains Under Construction
By Scool Moves, Inc
Flip on the Focus
Any time a child participates in activities that require moving large muscles and the compression of joints, this is referred to as heavy work. Heavy work is a term used in the therapy world to describe the types of activities that help focus the brain. Vaulting, hanging, flipping, climbing, and leaping are examples of phenomenal heavy work opportunities for children. Focusing with ease leads to learning with ease.
Hang Ten for Handwriting
Observing children swinging on uneven bars seems as far away as one can get from observing a child trying to write a paragraph, but actually, the two require remarkably similar skills. For children to have good handwriting skills, they must have strong muscles, shoulder muscles, forearms, wrists, and fingers are essential for good writing skills. When children have poor upper body strength and weak core muscles they have trouble sitting upright at a desk, holding a pencil, and writing legibly. Bar work strengthens all muscle groups responsible for writing with ease.
Roll Into Reading
Brain connections are made through the activation of an important system that lies deep within the inner ear. This system is called the vestibular system (ves-tib-u-lar) and is the Olympic gold winner when it comes to brain development. Working in tandem with the brain, the vestibular system integrates auditory, visual, and tactile input. Specific types of movement common to gymnastics help the vestibular system develop properly. These include the back and forth movement in swinging, the rotational movement as in twisting, and the up and over movement used for rolling.
Magnificent Moves for Math
Math is a spatial sport! The more children move in different ways, the more connections are made in the brain that improve spatial awareness. For children to be able to understand mathematical equations and geometric principles, they need good spatial skills. All gymnastics moves improve body awareness and wire the brain for math success.
Our Parent/Tot gymnastics class is an introduction to all gymnastics equipment at the Kinder level. Children work fine and gross motor skills with lots of parental hands-on assistance. Stations and lessons are developed by our KAT (Kinder Accreditation Teaching) instructors. The initial focus is on having fun with exercise and developing confidence. This class is for children from 18 months to 36 months of age. Remember the more a child tumbles, climbs, creeps, and crawls, the more densely wired the brain becomes for academic success. Movement is the architect of a childs brain.
Tuesday and/or Fridays: 9:00 - 9:45 am
Introductory: 1x / week $125 ( Session)
Teacher recommendation: 2x / week $218 ( Session)
What your child really receives from a preschool gymnastics class:
Gymnastics and early childhood movement education is directly attributed to developing neurulogical pathways in students and promoting reading readiness. The preschool gymnastics teacher is preparing his or her students for successful experiences in school; such as longer attention spans, increased communication skills, general problem solving skills and improved self-esteem.
While most reading readiness programs state goals, such as writing ones name independently or sounding out simple
words, essential physical foundation skills need to be in place for preschool children to be able to keep up with intense academic
demands of todays kindergarten classrooms.
Class description:
Our preschool gymnastics classes are specifically designed to develop fine and gross motor skills, strength, and beginning tumbling skills. Stations and lessons are developed by our KAT (Kinder Accreditation Teaching) instructors. The gymnasts are trained to master very basic tumbling skills while building self-esteem and self confidence. This class is for children from age 3 to 5 yrs.
Students track their progress with help from parents and teachers.

BREAK DANCING : B-boying, often called "breakdancing", is a popular style of street dance that was created and developed as part of hip-hop culture. The dance consists of four primary elements: toprock, downrock, power moves and freezes/suicides. It is danced to both hip-hop and other genres of music that are often remixed to prolong the musical breaks. The musical selection for b-boying is not restricted to hip-hop music as long as the tempo and beat pattern conditions are met. A practitioner of this dance is called a b-boy, b-girl, or breaker. These dancers often participate in battles, formal or informal dance competitions between two individuals or two crews. Although the term "breakdance" is frequently used, "b-boying" and "breaking" are the original terms used to refer to the dance. These terms are preferred by the majority of the art forms pioneers and most notable practitioners
PARKOUR : Parkour (sometimes abbreviated PK) is a method of movement focused on moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency. Originally developed in France, the main purpose of the discipline is to teach participants how to move through their environment by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping.
