Diaper Daredevils:
A 45 minute parent participation class for 2-3½ years old. This class gives the parent and child a chance to bond while also giving the child a chance to start experiencing some independence in a physical activity class. 

KinderGym:
A 50 minute class for 3½ - 5 years old.
Focuses on functional movement, balance and coordination through the use of obstacle courses. Imitation focused instruction. We use gymnastics as a tool to teach classroom skills & fitness in a safe and fun environment.
