Advanced (girls)
5:30-7:00pm
Advanced level hour and 45 minute class focusing on strength, flexibility and the more advanced skills of recreational gymnastics. Although not mandatory, this class is a gateway to our competitive team program.

Beginner (girls)
3:30 - 4:25
Beginner level 55 minute class focusing on basic body positions, strength, flexibility, and the 4 different women's Olympic events.

4:30 - 5:25
Beginner level 55 minute class focusing on basic body positions, strength, flexibility, and the 4 different women's Olympic events.
5:30 - 6:15
Functional movement and play that develops strength, flexibility and spatial awareness for kids ages 3-5.

Intermediate level 90 minute class allowing students to spend more time on each event and start practicing more difficult skills. This level places higher emphasis on increasing strength and flexibility.
Wednesday
